The insulation screw plug IPSD-H is perfectly suitable for direct fastening into wood fibre insulation boards and perimeter insulation panels. She is used for fastening wall connection profiles, metal sheets, base protection profiles, cornice covers, motion detectors, lamps, signs, etc. without thermal bridges, when used in combination with the 4.5 mm Ø PLS plumber screw.

IPSD-H 55 ensures clean sealing against driving rain up to wind force 11 (violent storm) in combination with plumber screw PLS, tested in accordance to DIN EN 1027 by the "Prüfzentrum für Bauelemente" (testing center for building elements) Pfb in Rosenheim, Germany. No subsequent sealing is necessary, which saves you an installation step. The drill hole is automatically sealed rainproof and the energy efficiency of the insulated façade is maintained.

The perfectly matched internal geometry allows easy screwing in of the plumber screw. The special plug can be mounted or removed directly into the insulation material with a TX drive (TX25). Pre-drilling in plaster up to 7 mm is usually not necessary dur to the sharp driling tip. Another advantage is that only a small hole remains in the insulation material after disassembly.

The special plug IPSD-H is made out of glass-fibre reinforced, weather and aging resistant nylon. Made in Germany. Halogene free.
