Product overview

The BTS6 H concrete screw made of steel with zinc flake coating and a double internal thread M8 & M10 enables quick fixing of pipe trays, single pipe suspensions and suspended mounting rails for building services. The short anchor length and low drilling effort save you time with multiple fixings. The head type H is characterised by a high hexagonal head with integrated washer and a two-stage internal thread of 18 mm for flexible suspension of clamps or threaded rods.

The European Technical Assessment ETA for cracked and non-cracked concrete (for multiple use for non-structural applications) and the fire resistance class R 120 guarantee additional safety for the user. The concrete screw is also approved for fastening to precast prestressed concrete hollow core slabs, may be used for fixing fire extinguishing pipe systems and complies with the VdS guidelines.

It is a very fast solution for fixing fastening rails and more, as the special accessories allow assembling in just two steps: drilling and fixing with the same tool. The special adapter and socket wrench can be easily put over the drill bit and that way, all BTS 6 can be mounted in almost no time.

Short lengths minimise the risk of hitting reinforcing bars during installation with the screw anchor. The zinc flake coating ensures high corrosion resistance.

Different head shapes (hex head, pan-head Ø 14.5 mm, pan-head large Ø 19 mm, and hex-head with connecting thread or with internal thread) enable various applications. - View all different concrete screws.
