Injection mortar ResiFIX MPE SF, Pure Epoxy

The ResiFIX MPE SF Max Performance, Pure Epoxy injection mortar meets the highest requirements for heavy-duty installation. The tested premium MPE injection mortar convinces with extremely high load values and the ETA approvals for highest user safety, such as the approval/assessment for cracked concrete (option 1), for post-installed rebar connection, for diamond-drilled holes and a service life of 100 years. 

Due to its extremely high chemical resistance, ResiFIX Pure Epoxy MPE achieves top load values and is therefore perfectly suited for heavy-duty fixings and the anchoring without expansion forces of anchor and threaded rods, gate steel, square tubes, as well as bolts, railings, reinforcing bars and post-installed rebar connections in concrete. The composite mortar can be used without problems in both horizontal and vertical directions, as well as for overhead installations.

Harmless to health:

The styrene-free ResiFIX Pure Epoxy is harmless to health, as confirmed by the emission class A+, which stands for lowest emissions of critical substances in closed rooms after curing. MPE can even be used in contact with drinking water and in damp and water-filled drill holes. In addition, the premium product features the LEED sustainability certification for environmentally friendly, low-pollutant and low-emission construction.

Durable and safe:

The product is tested for use in regions at high risk of earthquakes and can be used under seismic action (class C1/C2). It also fulfils the fire protection requirements with the fire resistance report R120. The European Technical Approval/ Assessment Option 1 for cracked and non-cracked concrete (M8 - M30) ensures safety - even in critical applications. The ETA for post-installed reinforcement connections (Ø8 - Ø40) and the permissibility of diamond drilling also extend the range of possible applications and ResiFIX Pure Epoxy MPE can be used flexibly for a variety of applications in concrete.

A mixing nozzle extension are included with each cartridge. This allows you to fill deeper drill holes easily. The matching manual dispenser is called OL.
