Product overview

The CELO ResiTHERM® 12 wood heavy-duty distance mounting system was specially developed for the secure fastening of heavy loads to insulated timber structures and timber frame constructions.

Designed for insulation thicknesses of 60 to 160 mm, the system transfers demanding loads directly and mechanically into the load-bearing timber substrate via a robust hanger bolt. A highly efficient thermal barrier module made of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide (PA6GF40) ensures reliable load support while minimizing thermal bridging.

To permanently protect the plaster surface from moisture, an integrated, UV- and weather-resistant EPDM sealing ring reliably seals the fastening point.

Each kit includes the hanger bolt with the thermal barrier module, an M12x70 A4 threaded stud, and the matching nut with washer.

Depending on the fixture, the system offers maximum flexibility with three connection options on the same base: an M12 external connection thread, an M12 internal thread, and an optional M10 connection available as an accessory.

Typical heavy-duty outdoor applications include awnings, canopies, air conditioning units, railings, satellite dishes, window grilles, French balconies, and outdoor chimneys.

Since the ready-to-use, pre-assembled kit is installed completely without special tools, trade professionals benefit from a fast, straightforward, and highly reliable installation process.
