Toggle BT plus

Specialised cavity plug - universal, quick and easy

The BT toggle is a one-piece pre-assembled cavity plug that can be used in drywall or hollow block applications achieving the highest loads in plasterboards.

The BT can be used in a big range of wall thicknesses covering boards ranging from 10 to 70 mm.

The installation is fast and easy without requiring any additional setting tool. The stable metal part toggles in the free space behind the board (min. 51 mm). By pulling back the BT through its strap wings and simultaneously sliding the plastic washer into the drill hole the plug is installed as a cavity plug. You can then snap off the remaingng strap wings with your hands. With the BT installed in the board you can now finish your installation adding the fixture and screw into the washer to tighten it. You can fix your application with a metric screw which will tighten the whole system thanks to the internal thread on the metal part behind the board.

BT toggles are available for M4, M5, M6 and M8 screws.

The BT is a high quality toogle made in Germany.
