The Taptite thread-forming screw is designed to provide fast and secure fastening in metal profiles, making it especially suitable for direct threading into steel plates.

Its geometry extrudes the material during threading, creating a high-strength joint without the need for nuts or washers.
It features a 1000 HCNS coating, which provides excellent corrosion protection and extends its service life even in demanding environments.
The serrations under the head increase the tightening torque and improve resistance to loosening due to vibrations, ensuring a stable and durable assembly.
The trilobular shank section guarantees low thread-forming torque and high resistance to loosening, optimizing both installation and the safety of the joint.
