CELO self-drilling plastic screw TECPLAS is specially designed for fixing car license plates due to its plastic thread with a drill bit. It can drill through the metal license plate and then fix the license plate on the plastic bumper. The cover head allows to fix a plastic cap CAT and T12. Made of high-quality steel and blue zinc plated coating.
