The insulation screw IPS in the handy blister is perfectly suitable for direct fastening into insulation materials without thermal bridges of wall connection profiles, metal sheets, base protection profiles, cornice covers, motion detectors, lamps, signs, ... making the IPS the reference fixing for thermal insulation in light duty applicartions.

The IPS is the right solution when light loads must be secured directly into the insulation.

The pre-assembled and weather resistant EPDM sealing ensures clean sealing against driving rain up to wind force 11 (violent storm), tested in accordance to DIN EN 1027 by the "Prüfzentrum für Bauelemente" (testing center for building elements) Pfb in Rosenheim, Germany. The sealing ring prevents water and cold from penetrating the façade and seals it permanently. No subsequent sealing is necessary, which saves you an installation step. The drill hole is automatically sealed rainproof and the energy efficiency of the insulated façade is maintained.

The innovative IPS is a screw made out of glass fiber-reinforced nylon, that means: aging, weather and UV-resistant. Its stylish flat head with EPDM sealing ensures optimal sealing and surface blending.

Built with the TX-Drive (TX25) to get a fast and easy installation.

The head hole allows light duty fixings in combination with a screw 3,5 mm. A distinctive thread ensures good hold in insulation boards, furthermore the IPS fits through a 8mm hole. No pre-drilling in plaster (up to 7 mm) due to sharp drilling rip, therefore you get an extremely fast mounting.

Conceived with a length of 80mm the IPS is suitable for nearly all insulated facades (from 80mm) out of polystyrene boards.

4 white IPS 80 incl. matching screws made of stainless steel A2 with PH2 drive (4 screws 3,5x13 mm and 3,5x16 mm each) available in the handy blister!
