High-Performance Machines Strengthening Production in Germany
In 2025, CELO once again invested in expanding its production site in Aichach, Germany.
With three new high-performance ENGEL injection molding machines, we are strengthening our production capacities, increasing efficiency, and modernizing key manufacturing processes.
In February, two tie-bar-less e-victory machines (120 and 160 tons) were installed. In November, an e-mac 130-ton machine followed, replacing an older unit after an impressive 33 years in operation.
These investments secure quality, flexibility, and sustainable manufacturing — Made in Germany.
Efficiency and Energy Savings – A Significant Step into the Future
The new machines enable more flexible setup processes and allow the use of large molds on smaller tonnage levels — a clear advantage in daily operations.
At the same time, the modern drive technology reduces energy consumption by up to 70%, as power is only drawn when it is actually needed.
Training and Expertise with the Latest Technology
All new machines have been equipped with the same control software. This enables uniform and efficient employee training, reduces setup times, and significantly increases standardization across processes.
At the same time, it creates ideal conditions for training future process technicians in plastics and rubber technology, allowing them to work with state-of-the-art equipment from the very beginning.
This ensures we remain true to our commitment: manufacturing at the highest level — Made in Germany.
