CELO continues to invest in the Aichach site
With four new injection moulding machines, CELO is further expanding its capacities at the company and production site in Aichach (Bavaria, Germany) in autumn 2022. As reported, the gates for two new fully automatic injection moulding machines have already been opened in 2020 and 2019. This is how CELO is investing in a successful future.
Efficient and energy-saving
The four new fully automatic machines of the "e-motion" type, two with a clamp force of 160-tonnes and two with a clamp force of 130-tonnes, now ensure higher capacities in the production of CELO's comprehensive range of fasteners. Many classics from the standard fastening range, such as the multi-purpose plug MZK or the multifunctional frame plug MFR, come off the production line in Aichach. You can recognise them on our website by the round "Made in Germany" button.
At the same time, the new machines are an investment in lower electricity and energy consumption.
Production manager in Germany, Gabrijel Josifoski, confirms: "The precision and efficiency of the electric drives convinced us."
Learning with the latest technology
The new machines represent a commitment to the German Aichach site - also in terms of personnel. Because with the new injection moulding machines, the trainees completing the three-year apprenticeship to become process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology learn with means fo the latest technology.
