Extremely fast and without thermal bridges, the IPSZ-H 55 insulation screw, made of die-cast zinc, is your specialised insulation screw for direct fastening in wood fiber insulation boards and perimeter insulation panels. It enables fast, thermal bridge-free direct fastening of wall connection profiles, metal sheets, skirting protection strips, signs, and more on insulated facades. Additionally, installation directly into aerated concrete AAC2 and AAC4 (with increased pressure) is also possible.

How to save time with IPSZ-H 55:
The IPSZ-H 55 insulation screw speeds up the mounting process and helps you save installation time, as the sharp drilling tip makes pre-drilling in plaster unnecessary when mounting to insulated façades. The insulation screw can also be screwed directly into AAC2 and AAC4 aerated concrete and drills through thin sheet metal or tinsmith profiles. It can be effortlessly screwed into Ø 8 through-holes, as is usual with wall connection profiles. Here, the TX25 drive ensures high torque transmission and extremely fast screwing. Due to the integrated sealing ring, no subsequent sealing is necessary, which also saves you an installation step. Plus, the stylish flat head makes for a clean finish.

Rain-tight and free of thermal bridges:
The insulation screw is made of zinc die cast and features a pre-assembled and weather-resistant EPDM sealing, which ensures clean sealing against driving rain up to wind force 11 (violent storm), tested according to DIN EN 1027. This makes the IPSZ-H 55 insulation screw both corrosion-resistant, as well as ageing-, weather- and UV-resistant. The sealing ring prevents the penetration of water and cold into the façade and seals it permanently. In this way, the IPSZ insulation screw ensures fastening free of thermal bridges to the external insulation and maintains the energy efficiency of your building.

The IPSZ-H 55 zinc die-cast facade screw was specially developed with a length of only 55 mm. Therefore it is perfectly suitable for small insulation thicknesses from 60 mm.

Due to the head hole, the thermal screw IPSZ-H 55 is also well suited for light fixings with a Ø 3.5 mm screw.
