Terms and conditions
Participation in the competition organized by CELO Befestigungssysteme GmbH, Industriestraße 6, 86551 Aichach, Germany, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation.

Competition procedure
The contest will run for the entire duration of the trade fair, from 9:00 a.m. on February 24, 2026, to 6:00 p.m. on February 27, 2026. During this period, visitors to the trade fair booth will have the opportunity to participate in the contest.

Participation
To participate in the competition, you must complete and submit the entry form. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Documents submitted after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Only one entry form per participant will be accepted in the competition. It is prohibited to use multiple entry forms to increase your chances of winning. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligible participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 14 are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with the implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair practices, or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Winnings, notification, and delivery of winnings
Following prizes will be awarded:
Amazon-gift card worth €50.00, Assortment box MZK worth €15.00 and an additional CELO marketing package worth €15.00 (This prize will be awarded to one winner).
Assortment box MZK worth €15.00 and an additional CELO marketing package worth €15.00 (This prize will be awarded to 4 winners).

The main winner will be determined after the closing date for entries on February 28, 2026, by evaluating all estimates received. The winner will be the participant whose estimate is closest to the actual number of dowels in the display box. In the event of multiple identical estimates, the winner will be decided by lottery among 
the participants concerned.

One winner will be selected at random from all entries received on each day of the trade fair:
- 24.02.2026: 1. Daily prize
- 25.02.2026: 2. Daily prize
- 26.02.2026: 3. Daily prize
- 27.02.2026: 4. Daily prize
The daily prizes will be drawn after the end of each day of the trade fair. Winners who have already been drawn cannot win another daily prize, but will still be entered into the draw for the main prize. The winners of the prize draw will be notified in writing by email or post by March 14, 2026, at the latest.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected in person, or paid out in cash. Any costs incurred for shipping the prizes will be borne by the operator. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within three weeks after two requests, the prize may be transferred to another participant

End of the contest
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned

Data protection
Personal data must be provided in order to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal details they have provided, in particular their first name, surname, and email address, are true and correct. The organizer points out that none of the participant's personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available for use by third parties without the participant's consent.

The personal data of non-winners will be stored for up to 3 months after the prize has been awarded (until May 31, 2026, at the latest) if marketing consent has not been confirmed, and will then be deleted. The data of winners will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. If you have any questions about data protection or revoking your consent, please contact info@celofixings.de. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. Once consent has been revoked, the participant's collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

Marketing
On voluntary basis, participants may also consent to CELO Befestigungssysteme GmbH using the contact details provided (name, email adress) to send them information about products, new developments, and offers by email. This consent is independent of participation in the competition and can be revoked at any time.
Cancellation is possible at any time free of charge by:

In the case of marketing consent, the data will be stored until revoked, but for no longer than 2 years after the last interaction (e.g., opening a newsletter). After this period has expired, the data will be deleted unless renewed consent has been given.

The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
