990IPL

The IPL 90 insulation plug enables thermal bridge-free fastening directly into insulation materials. Specifically designed for thicker insulation such as mineral wool boards and EPS, the IPL 90 provides excellent anchoring.

Thanks to its innovative thread geometry and slim core, the IPL 90 is ideal for demanding applications. It is particularly suitable for securing ceiling boards made of Heraklith (10–12 mm), metal profiles with pre-punched holes (18 mm through-holes), and other attachments.

The IPL 90 insulation plug is made of aging- and weather-resistant nylon, with a temperature resistance from -40 to +80 °C. Its sharp cutting tip allows easy penetration through hard ETICS plaster (up to 7 mm) without pre-drilling.

With a 25 mm head diameter and TX40 drive, the IPL 90 ensures simple and reliable installation. Simplify your work with the practical Duo-Bit: no need to switch bits during installation! The Duo-Bit is available in three variants (TX20/TX40, TX25/TX40, and PZ2/TX40), saving both time and costs.
